Delivery Information


We recommend orders are placed by Tues 15th Dec in order to be received in time for Christmas! Any orders placed before 20th will be sent 1st Class, to try and ensure delivery before Christmas!

• Delivery charges will be added during the check out process.

• UK delivery only available via the website at this time.

• Please contact us via email for any enquiries about international postage.

• Click and Collect option available for those able to collect from Tea-Cake, Getliffes Yard, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13-6HU.

• Please be aware that with the current Covid19 situation there might be a slight delay in the delivery service.

Click and Collect

• Any stock orders placed using click and collect will be ready for collection the following Tuesday, Friday or Saturday, between the hours of 11am-3pm. Please inform us at checkout which day wish to collect, we may contact you via email or phone to arrange a specific time slot.

• Please note for click and collect orders that a delivery address will still need to be provided during checkout - click and collect can then be selected on the following screen.

Stock Items

• We aim to dispatch within 2-4 working days.

• Orders will usually be delivered by 2nd Class Royal Mail.

• Orders are currently being posted out on Wednesday and Saturdays.

Deliver direct to the Recipient and Gift Wrapping

• If you would like your order delivered directly to the intended recipient please use their name and address in the delivery section and add a personalised note that you would like us to hand write to be included within the order. We will also gift wrap these items!

• There is currently no additional charge for this.

Personalised Items (coming soon)

• For personalised items please be aware these are made to order so please allow up to 10 working days between receipt of your order and dispatch.

• Whenever possible we will endeavour to process these sooner and will provide an update to inform you that your order has been dispatched.

• Depending on the item we may send you a visual of the item prior to printing/assembling to check for any errors.

• Any artwork that has been pre-approved before dispatch will not be refunded due to artwork errors.
