Ordering with us

• When you place an order with us we will need your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date.

• We’ll notify you by email to let you know your order has been processed and you’ll be able to check if all the details are correct (any issues please contact us straight away in order that these can be rectified.)

• When your order is ready and has been posted we'll also let you know via email.

• Whilst it is not essential for you to provide a contact number, providing one will mean we can quickly contact you if we need to discuss your order for any reason.

Cancellations and Returns

• We are unable to automatically cancel any orders that are being processed, however, please contact us via email or telephone if you have any issues with your order and we’ll try and rectify the issue.

• We hope that you are very happy with the products you have purchased from www.tea-cake.co.uk however, if you wish to return an item to us for any reason please let us know via email within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Please email us at [email protected] and include your order number and contact details, along with the reason for the return.

• We’ll respond to your email with details of how to proceed with the return, including a returns address.

• Please return the product in a perfect condition with its original packaging within 10 days of our email verifying your return.

• We will refund the original delivery charge unless the returned product was purchased with other items that you are keeping.

• We are unable to offer free returns at the present time.

• If a product is being returned as it is damaged or faulty we will also pay the return delivery cost or send out a replacement item where possible.

• Please obtain and keep a proof of posting. We can not accept liability for returned products that are lost or damaged during transit.
